The Cottage Bed and Breakfast is located in Downtown Cortez, within 1/2 block of Main Street, where restaurants and shops are available.

The facility is clean, fresh, and quiet. It was recently repainted.

The living room is ample, and comfortably furnished. Continental breakfast is available, and breakfast is self serve. The dining area incorporates kitchen amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils/china.

Laundry facilities are available.

A local phone is included (long distance is by phone-card).

There are 2 rooms with private baths, 1 room with a hall bath, and a basement room that includes a sitting room and uses the upstairs hall bath.

Room rates are $50.00 - $85.00 per night.
